This service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or emergency care.
2. No Medical, Clinical, or Therapeutic Advice
The Organization and its volunteers do not provide:

Counseling, therapy, or behavioral-health treatment

Guidance regarding detox, withdrawal, or medication

Professional case management or treatment planning

3. No Crisis or Emergency Response
Holiday Sober Hotline is not equipped to handle emergencies or crises.
